HENGDE engineers NAAC block lines around chemical aeration and non-autoclaved curing. We connect material formulation, dosing, mixing, mould handling and cutting, backed by equipment experience at the Ordos and Jaiyl customer projects.
These modules introduce the core equipment. HENGDE develops the complete configuration from your product, material trials, output plan and factory layout.
HENGDE connects raw-material testing, factory planning, equipment manufacturing and site commissioning in one delivery plan. Our engineers develop the production route and machine interfaces, and our team prepares operators for production and maintenance. The proposal identifies the equipment, site preparation and services for your factory.

Local Raw Materials, Engineered into Your Production Plan
RAW MATERIAL OPTIONS
HENGDE NAAC lines use chemical aeration and non-autoclaved curing. Our engineers coordinate material preparation, reaction control, mould filling and curing around the tested formulation.
Test the NAAC material system
Review the confirmed cementitious and siliceous materials, water and project chemical-aeration input before equipment selection.
Lime, gypsum and aluminium powder are included only where the reviewed NAAC engineering route specifies them.
Tune chemical aeration after testing
Test results guide dosing, mixing sequence, temperature controls, mould filling and expansion behaviour.
Non-autoclaved curing, demoulding and finishing conditions are confirmed for the selected block and local materials.
Cementitious Materials
Typical role
Binder blend: HENGDE establishes component proportions through setting and strength trials.

CUTTING WASTE RECOVERY
Cutting Waste Settling & Recovery System
HENGDE plans collection, drainage and settling as a connected recovery loop. We size the recovery area and select pump and return-water arrangements around the cutting process, factory layout and material-test results.
01CuttingCollect cutting water and fine material at the cutting area.
02DrainageGuide the wet stream through a controlled drainage path.
03Recovery PitReceive the collected stream in an accessible recovery pit.
04SettlingAllow suspended solids to separate before water returns to the process-water system.
05Water ReuseReturn clarified water within the water-quality limits established for the mix.
06Suitable Fine Material ReuseMeter compatible recovered fines at the reuse rate established by material trials.
