CUTTING UPGRADE ENGINEERING
Match the cutting upgrade to the billet and line rhythm
HENGDE develops a cutting upgrade around the actual billet condition, required dimensions and transfer cycle. The Kashgar case shows the replacement equipment and finished blocks; a new upgrade plan defines its own dimensional checks, operating cycle and acceptance criteria.
