PHYSICAL-FOAMING CLC ROUTE

CLC block production line

HENGDE manufactures complete CLC block lines with controlled physical foaming, mixing, mould circulation, cutting and handling. Our engineers connect local-material trials and your output target to the equipment and factory layout.

Delivery lead time: 40–50 working days.

CLC Block Line: Questions Before Requesting Equipment

Do my local materials need testing before equipment selection?

Share the sources of your proposed binders, mineral materials and process water, together with available test reports or representative sample information. HENGDE uses raw-material assessment to identify trial requirements and evaluate material behaviour under the physical-foaming process. Material names alone cannot confirm a suitable formulation or complete equipment scope.

How do material trials affect equipment interfaces?

Provide your intended block dimensions, product requirements and target daily design output. Together with material-trial findings, these inputs guide the connections between preparation, foam generation, mixing, mould circulation, curing, cutting and handling. HENGDE reviews how the selected material and mould arrangement affect downstream transfer and finishing. Each interface requires project-specific confirmation rather than copying a generic configuration.

How can I request a project-matched equipment supply list?

Describe your proposed factory, available utilities, existing equipment and expected customer-supplied works. Request a configuration-matched equipment schedule that distinguishes included machinery, tooling and controls from optional items and site responsibilities. Capacity and layout planning helps define equipment interfaces. Use the project enquiry page to request a scope review before the final configuration is agreed.

From local materials to an operating factory

HENGDE connects raw-material testing, factory planning, equipment manufacturing and site commissioning in one delivery plan. Our engineers develop the production route and machine interfaces, and our team prepares operators for production and maintenance. The proposal identifies the equipment, site preparation and services for your factory.

  1. 01

    Raw Material Testing

Evaluate representative samples from the project location before selecting the final process.

  2. 02

    Formula Adjustment

Adjust the formulation and material ratios against the test results and target product.

  3. 03

    Product & Process Selection

Confirm product dimensions and the product-specific preparation, forming, curing and finishing process.

  4. 04

    Factory Layout Planning

Coordinate land, buildings, storage, material flow, foundations and utilities.

  5. 05

    Production Line Customization

Match capacity, automation, budget, moulds and process interfaces to the agreed factory scope.

  6. 06

    Equipment Manufacturing

Prepare the agreed machines, tooling and controls against the approved configuration.

  7. 07

    Factory Acceptance

Check applicable equipment and delivery scope before shipment.

  8. 08

    Packing & Shipping

Coordinate packing, loading and destination requirements with the project shipping plan.

  9. 09

    Site Installation

Install and connect the agreed equipment after site conditions are ready.

  10. 10

    Commissioning

Check machine sequences and trial production with the selected materials.

  11. 11

    Operator Training

Train operators in safe use, production sequence and routine maintenance.

  12. 12

    After-sales & Spare Parts

Plan maintenance communication and spare-parts support for the installed equipment.

Local Raw Materials, Engineered into Your Production Plan

RAW MATERIAL OPTIONS

HENGDE CLC systems combine cementitious and mineral slurry with controlled preformed foam. We use material trials to establish the slurry, foam dosage and mixing sequence for your block.

Test the CLC material system

HENGDE checks binder and mineral composition, particle grading, moisture and water quality against your block density and strength targets.

For recycled inputs, we define sorting and preparation needs and use representative samples to establish a workable formulation.

Tune physical foaming after testing

Our engineers adjust slurry proportions, water ratio, foam dosage and addition sequence, then check fresh density and mould filling in the trials.

We connect setting and cutting observations to the mould-turnover plan, curing space and downstream handling cycle.
