Treat the binder system as a distinct formulation
HENGDE’s January 2024 archive describes a magnesium-based binder with selected lightweight materials, modifiers and water. A cement-based foam concrete recipe should not be transferred to this system without trials. Mixing behaviour and the body’s condition through hardening need to be understood.
Confirm the cutting and curing requirements
A cutting proposal should use representative specimens and identify dimensions, support and the suitable cutting stage. Coordinate horizontal and vertical cuts where required. Strength, moisture behaviour, durability and other product properties need testing for the intended application; the equipment name is not evidence of a product rating.
