High-Precision Blocks: Connect Cutting Accuracy with Product and Joint Design
Consistent block dimensions require coordination between the mix, moulding, curing, cutting and finished-product checks.

Include the edge and joint details
HENGDE’s September 2024 archive discusses dimension control and grooving for lightweight wall materials. The required flatness, dimensions and tongue-and-groove geometry should be defined on the product drawing and inspected on samples.
Separate machinery and building performance
An accurate cut does not by itself establish waterproofing, fire resistance or suitability for a particular wall system. Joint materials, installation details and applicable product tests remain part of the specification. A clear acceptance plan should identify both dimensional checks and the evidence needed for the finished product.
