REAL HENGDE REFERENCE

Work from the actual panel construction

HENGDE’s August 2024 overview discusses this as a specialised cutting application. Provide the material formulation, arrangement of optical elements, panel thickness and final dimensions. These details matter when evaluating support and the cutting route.

Inspect more than the dimensions

The trial should check edge damage, exposed optical elements and the appearance of the finished surface. Document cutting and any finishing operations as part of one process. Machine speed, tolerances and compatibility need confirmation on the actual specimens; a general equipment description does not establish architectural acceptance.
