Define the cutting job

HENGDE’s August 2024 archive discusses kerbstones, stone blanks and artificial stone as possible application areas. Material hardness, internal structure, dimensions and the intended cuts affect the machine and tool requirements. These applications should not be treated as interchangeable with green lightweight concrete blocks.

Use an application-specific trial

Provide representative samples and drawings showing finished sizes and surfaces. The review should cover support, feeding, tool selection, cutting sequence, debris control and maintenance. Acceptance conditions should be based on the supplied configuration and test results, rather than a blanket claim of compatibility with all stone products.
