Review the handling sequence

The source describes a rotating base and cutting arrangement intended to reduce separate handling steps. The proposal should show how the body reaches the cutter, which surfaces are cut and how it leaves the machine. Mould dimensions and support requirements must be confirmed against the actual drawings.

Test the intended product

Use representative bodies to check dimensions, surface condition, damage, offcuts and the complete cycle. Mould turnover depends on initial hardening, demoulding and return handling as well as cutting speed. Source comparisons with other saws are not a guaranteed output improvement for every factory.
