Distinguish the panel products
HENGDE’s 2024 archive discusses foamed cement panels, aggregate-based panels, hollow panels and other lightweight wall products. These names do not describe one interchangeable recipe or machine setting. Define facing materials, reinforcement where required, core formulation, edge details and intended applications for each product.
Connect the production stages
A proposal should explain material preparation, forming, curing, demoulding, cutting and transfer to storage. Horizontal and vertical mould routes need different handling arrangements. Product strength, thermal behaviour, sound insulation and fire performance require relevant tests. Machinery selection alone does not establish those classifications or entitlement to a subsidy.
