Planning Continuous Output for a Lightweight Block Production Line

A line’s stated output is only useful when metering, mixing, pouring, curing, demoulding, cutting and handling can support the same production schedule.

Find the constraint across the complete process

HENGDE’s July 2026 process article uses a 200 m³-per-shift proposal to illustrate production-line coordination. It identifies water metering, foam stability, slurry transfer and pouring continuity as practical issues that can affect the rest of the process.

Translate the proposal into a working schedule

Specify the shift duration, batch volume, mould quantity, curing space, demoulding sequence and cutting plan for the actual product. Record qualified finished output and stoppages during acceptance. Those project-specific conditions give a more useful comparison than the headline capacity of an individual machine.

Confirm the configuration before ordering

A process review should identify which existing facilities can be reused and where buffers or additional handling are required. The article’s example is a planning scenario, not a universal guarantee for all block or wall-panel lines.
