Identify what can be reused

HENGDE’s 2025 source articles discuss upgrading existing equipment towards other lightweight products. Existing mixers, moulds, curing systems, cutters and handling equipment must each be checked against the proposed process.

Define the new operating route

The plan should state the material trials, product specification, retained equipment, replacements and installation interfaces. AAC and non-autoclaved foamed products have different process requirements. A factory’s cost and renovation programme depend on the actual survey and agreed scope, rather than a general claim that one technology must replace another.
