Match mixing to the formulation

Check transfer as well as mixing
Review dosing, mixing time, discharge and transfer into the mould as one sequence. Trial records should include batch consistency and the condition of the mix after handling. A mixer’s nominal volume alone does not establish qualified daily block output or the properties of the cured product.
