Online Cutting for Lightweight Blocks: Coordinate the Green-Body Window
Online cutting depends on bringing a lightweight concrete body to the saw in a condition that supports stable dimensions and handling.

Link cutting with the mould cycle
HENGDE’s 2024 articles describe cutting before the body becomes fully dry as a way of simplifying transfers. The appropriate stage depends on the formulation, curing conditions, mould release and support. It must be established with the actual product rather than assumed from the saw alone.
Measure the full cycle
A useful trial records mould filling, initial hardening, handling, cutting and mould return. Check edge quality, dimensions, breakage and recoverable offcuts. Quantified mould turnover, kerf width or productivity comparisons should form part of the agreed trial conditions; they are not universal settings for every block material.
