Keep the foam and slurry compatible

The archive describes cement-based slurry, selected mineral materials, water and a suitable foaming system. The actual foaming route and sequence must follow the agreed formulation. Trials should check the mix’s behaviour during mixing and filling, together with the condition of the body before demoulding or cutting.

Plan beyond the mixer

Mould movement, support during cutting, curing space and finished-block handling affect the whole factory. Record the product dimensions, density, strength requirements and applicable tests before fixing equipment. A process flow diagram should show operator tasks and transfers between machines, rather than treating the cutting machine as the capacity of the entire plant.
