Define the process route

HENGDE’s August 2024 overview describes batching, mixing, casting, initial hardening, cutting and continued curing without a high-temperature autoclave. The actual formulation and curing arrangement need to be agreed for the customer’s products.

Allow space and time for the whole cycle

Ambient conditions, handling strength, mould availability and storage influence output. Review those constraints alongside the saw cycle and mixing capacity. Product properties require tests; a non-autoclaved route does not automatically establish lower total cost or suitability for every wall application.
