PROJECT OVERVIEW
Customer project and HENGDE scope
The Timor-Leste customer signed a lightweight-block equipment agreement after a multi-day review at HENGDE. The review covered the factory proposal, equipment configuration and manufacturing, with demonstrations of material casting and precision cutting. HENGDE connected machine selection and line configuration with site planning and support for the customer’s proposed factory.

CASTING AND CUTTING REVIEW
What the customer examined before choosing the line
The factory visit connected the production process with the equipment being manufactured and assembled at HENGDE. The customer watched the casting and cutting stages that influence block formation, finished dimensions and appearance.
Material casting
HENGDE demonstrated material casting. The review focused on forming the block body and its stability before downstream processing.
Precision cutting
The customer watched precision cutting and reviewed its role in finished-block dimensions and surface appearance.
A connected factory proposal
The discussions linked material preparation, mixing, foaming, casting, demoulding, curing and cutting with equipment selection and site planning.
