Project Scope
The project is intended for Inner Mongolia, China, with the discussion centred on lightweight block production and the practical conditions required to bring the line into operation.
The technical discussion covered local raw-material suitability and process adjustment, cutting accuracy, finished-product dimensions and line continuity, reducing manual handling and improving production continuity, and target output, mould cycle and equipment capacity planning.
Next Stage
The agreement follows project discussions covering the production process, equipment scope, factory conditions and implementation support. The final equipment list will be aligned with the confirmed commercial configuration rather than treated as a generic package.
With the project now moving into implementation, HENGDE will proceed with the agreed engineering, equipment manufacturing and delivery preparation. Installation, commissioning and operator training will be coordinated with the customer’s site schedule.
Engineering around the customer’s existing business
The customer already operated a ready-mixed-concrete business in Inner Mongolia. HENGDE reviewed local fly ash and mineral resources, explained the line configuration and demonstrated the gantry cutting process. The agreement followed an on-site comparison of equipment, automation and the planned production rhythm.
