Project Scope
The project is intended for Uzbekistan, with the discussion centred on EPS lightweight block production and the practical conditions required to bring the line into operation.
The technical discussion covered replacing or upgrading a reciprocating-saw cutting stage, reducing circular-saw kerf, cutting loss and stoppages, cutting accuracy, finished-product dimensions and line continuity, and EPS lightweight-product processing and material dosing.
Next Stage
The agreement follows project discussions covering the production process, equipment scope, factory conditions and implementation support. The final equipment list will be aligned with the confirmed commercial configuration rather than treated as a generic package.
With the project now moving into implementation, HENGDE will proceed with the agreed engineering, equipment manufacturing and delivery preparation. Installation, commissioning and operator training will be coordinated with the customer’s site schedule.
