HENGDE Signs Large-Scale Lightweight Block Project in Malaysia

HENGDE signed a large lightweight block project with a Malaysia customer on January 25, 2026 after a factory review and technical discussions focused on using local industrial by-products. The customer had been in contact with HENGDE since 2025 and had repeatedly supplied local raw-material samples for testing. HENGDE engineers had also supported earlier work on formula and material adaptation, so the signing followed a period of practical verification rather than a single sales meeting.

REAL EVENT / PROJECT REFERENCE

HENGDE signed a large lightweight block project with a Malaysia customer on January 25, 2026 after a factory review and technical discussions focused on using local industrial by-products.

Project Scope

The customer had been in contact with HENGDE since 2025 and had repeatedly supplied local raw-material samples for testing. HENGDE engineers had also supported earlier work on formula and material adaptation, so the signing followed a period of practical verification rather than a single sales meeting.

During the latest visit, the two sides reviewed raw-material behaviour, process route, equipment configuration and output planning against the customer’s proposed factory. The objective is to build a high-output line that can operate reliably with the confirmed local material system.

Next Stage

With the agreement signed, the project will move through detailed engineering, equipment manufacturing, shipment, installation, commissioning and operator training.
