The project is intended to establish local wall-panel production in Ghana, so the pre-contract discussions covered raw-material suitability, product requirements, equipment stability, factory layout and the production rhythm needed for commercial operation.

Project Scope
The project is intended to establish local wall-panel production in Ghana, so the pre-contract discussions covered raw-material suitability, product requirements, equipment stability, factory layout and the production rhythm needed for commercial operation.
The production line will be configured around the customer’s confirmed product and site conditions, including the relevant metering, mixing and foaming, moulding, curing, cutting and handling stages. The final equipment scope will follow the approved project configuration rather than a generic package.
Next Stage
With the project signed, HENGDE will proceed with manufacturing and delivery preparation, followed by installation guidance, commissioning and operator training at the Ghana site.
