Project Scope
The project is based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, with an initial lightweight-block line and a planned later expansion into wall panels.
The technical discussion covered local raw-material suitability and process adjustment, cutting accuracy, finished-product dimensions and line continuity, block forming, cutting, handling and the planned wall-panel expansion, and factory layout, site conditions and installation planning.
Next Stage
The planned lightweight-block line has a design target of approximately 300–400 m³/day, with wall-panel expansion planned for a later stage.
The agreement follows project discussions covering the production process, equipment scope, factory conditions and implementation support. The final equipment list will be aligned with the confirmed commercial configuration rather than treated as a generic package.
With the project now moving into implementation, HENGDE will proceed with the agreed engineering, equipment manufacturing and delivery preparation. Installation, commissioning and operator training will be coordinated with the customer’s site schedule.
A block factory with a wall-panel expansion plan
The investor came from Fujian, China, with construction and project-management experience. After an earlier HENGDE factory visit, the customer completed factory-location planning in Abidjan and returned to discuss the equipment and sign the agreement. HENGDE’s scope connects raw-material preparation, mixing and casting with cutting, stacking and packaging.
