PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS Start with the finished block or panel and the available raw materials.

Match the production rhythm, cutting method and automation to the target output.
PROJECT DELIVERY Prepare the site, installation sequence, commissioning and operator training.
Please provide the project country, target product, planned output, available raw materials, operating hours, factory conditions and preferred automation level. Product drawings or samples are helpful when dimensions or edge profiles are important.
Manufacturing time depends on the final equipment list, customization, electrical scope, drawings, inspection requirements and production schedule. The applicable delivery period is confirmed in the quotation or contract.
Packing, loading, transport scope, destination, documents and the applicable trade terms are confirmed with the quotation or contract. Site access and unloading conditions should be reviewed before dispatch.
HENGDE builds production systems for lightweight blocks and wall panels, including CLC / foam concrete, NAAC, EPS self-insulating and ceramsite products. We select the mixing, moulding, cutting and handling equipment for your chosen product, rather than treating every material system as the same process.
CLC uses prepared physical foam in the mix. NAAC uses a confirmed chemical-aeration route. Raw materials, dosing, mixing sequence and process control are therefore reviewed separately before equipment selection.
HENGDE designs multi-product configurations where the products share suitable equipment. We identify the common machines and the moulds, recipes, cutting settings or added modules needed for each product. Give us the product sizes and material systems you want to manufacture so we can define the changeover plan.
HENGDE develops material systems for the selected block or panel: binders, mineral inputs, process water and the appropriate foam, aeration, EPS or ceramsite components. Our engineers test your actual sources to establish usable proportions, preparation needs and production settings.
Yes. HENGDE reviews source information, defines the representative sample and trial plan, and develops the material route from the results. We connect composition, grading, moisture and product performance to formulation and equipment selection.
Start with the volume of finished product your market needs and the shifts you plan to run. HENGDE calculates the batch rhythm, mould fleet, curing space, cutting capacity and downstream handling together. The proposal states the design-capacity basis and the operating conditions used for the calculation.
HENGDE prepares the factory layout around the complete production flow: raw-material storage, mixing, mould circulation, curing, cutting, finished-product storage and vehicle access. Send your site dimensions and target output; we use them to develop the equipment arrangement and space allocation.
HENGDE develops a staffing plan by production station and shift. Material feeding, mould preparation, cutting, handling, packing and maintenance are assessed against the chosen automation level, so the proposal explains the jobs required instead of giving an unsupported headcount.
Yes, after the current product, materials, equipment, controls, layout, operating video and bottleneck are reviewed. Upgrade scope can include cutting, handling, controls, capacity expansion or equipment replacement.
HENGDE supplies horizontal, vertical and gantry cutting systems, panel slotting equipment and connected handling. We select the cutting arrangement from billet size, finished dimensions, tolerance, surface requirements and line rhythm. For an upgrade, send product samples and a video of the current cutting section.
Yes. HENGDE provides installation guidance and project site support. We coordinate foundation checks, equipment positioning, alignment and utility interfaces with the customer team. Your proposal identifies the site work, lifting equipment and local personnel required for the installation plan.
Yes. HENGDE trains operators in the delivered equipment, production sequence, daily checks, routine maintenance, quality checks and safe operation. Training connects the controls and operating instructions to practical work on the line.
Spare parts are identified from the equipment, model and component information for the delivered line. The applicable parts list, price, shipping method and lead time are confirmed for each request.
Tell us your product, country and planned output.
HENGDE connects raw-material assessment, sample trials and equipment engineering to develop a practical production route for your factory.
HENGDE reviews grading, moisture, composition and supply consistency against the block or panel you want to manufacture.
For recycled or variable inputs, representative samples and production trials establish how that specific source performs.
We use the results to develop material ratios, dosing, mixing, forming, curing and finishing requirements.
The equipment proposal then follows the tested process and the required product, rather than a generic machine list.
