HENGDE Signs Three Lightweight-Material Projects in Inner Mongolia, Gansu and Xinjiang
HENGDE signs projects in Inner Mongolia, Gansu and Xinjiang, covering two new lightweight block lines and one cutting-system retrofit.

In mid-January 2026, HENGDE confirmed three lightweight-material equipment projects with customers from Inner Mongolia, Gansu and Xinjiang. Two projects involve new lightweight block production lines; the third is an upgrade of an existing self-insulating block line.
Inner Mongolia: a new lightweight block project
The Inner Mongolia customer operates in commercial concrete and raw-material-related businesses. During the factory review, the discussion focused on complete-line planning, equipment matching and cutting-system stability for a first lightweight block project using locally available mineral powder and fly ash.
Gansu: using local industrial mineral resources
The Gansu customer plans to use iron tailings, mineral powder and other local industrial resources for lightweight and self-insulating block production. HENGDE reviewed raw-material adaptation, process planning and automation requirements before the parties confirmed cooperation.
Xinjiang: upgrading an existing cutting process
The Xinjiang customer operates an existing line with circular-saw cutting. The project addresses cutting quality, waste and output constraints through a system upgrade using HENGDE’s eighth-generation lightweight block cutting system.
Next project stage
The three projects will proceed according to their separate product, raw-material, factory and implementation requirements. Equipment manufacturing, line engineering and upgrade work will follow the scope confirmed for each customer.
