REAL EVENT / PROJECT REFERENCE

Equipment lists and videos had been part of the conversation for some time. On 24 October 2026, customers from Angola came to Guangzhou Hengde Building Technology Co., Ltd. to take the next step: watch how the equipment works and ask their questions in the workshop.

The visit centred on two stages of lightweight block production, casting and cutting. Seeing these stages in person gave the customers a closer look at the material being processed and the equipment around it.

Look at the block body, then at the cut

During casting, attention turns to how the material enters the mould and forms the block body. A suitable body is needed for the subsequent production stages. The demonstration gave both teams a practical starting point for discussing this part of the process.

At the cutting equipment, the focus moved to the cut surface, block dimensions and how material is used. These details matter when discussing a finished block product; an equipment list alone cannot show them in the same way as a workshop demonstration.

Discuss the factory behind the equipment

The customers also looked around the equipment manufacturing area and discussed HENGDE’s project support. The conversation covered factory planning and the work needed to move from an equipment proposal towards installation and production.

HENGDE can discuss material testing, site layout, equipment manufacture, installation, commissioning and operator training according to the project. The local materials, available site and intended block product provide the starting points for a suitable proposal.

If you are comparing lightweight block production equipment, bring your material information and site plan to the discussion. You can also explore raw material assessment or arrange a factory visit with HENGDE.
