From equipment delivery to production

What happens after production equipment reaches an overseas factory? The equipment needs to be installed, the production stages connected and the operating team prepared to use the machinery. Delivery is one step in that process.

The Guyana project records include earlier installation work and footage of mixing, surface processing and cutting. These records show different stages of the same project. The current progress update is that installation is complete and the project is in production; the accompanying images are frames from recorded project footage, rather than a claim of filming today.

Planning around the site and local materials

Factory layout and material assessment are part of the preparation for a lightweight block project. HENGDE can develop a layout around the customer’s actual site and assess available raw materials through testing before discussing a suitable equipment configuration.

The plan needs to connect the intended product, available materials, equipment arrangement and handling between production stages. Material suitability and finished-product requirements should be evaluated for the individual project.

Helping the operating team use the equipment

HENGDE supports overseas projects with equipment manufacturing, installation guidance and production training. Engineers can provide on-site installation and operating guidance as arranged for the project, helping the customer’s team understand the equipment and the production process.

Project follow-up records help both sides keep track of the stages from equipment preparation and shipment through installation and production. Timing and the scope of on-site support are coordinated for each project.

A practical starting point for a new block factory

For investors considering lightweight building materials, a useful first discussion starts with the product to be made, local raw materials and the intended factory site. HENGDE’s project experience spans East, Southeast, South and Central Asia, Africa, Europe and South America.
