Wuwei Customer Signs a Cutting-System Retrofit for Self-Insulating Blocks
HENGDE signed a cooperation agreement on 21 January 2026 to upgrade the cutting system of an existing self-insulating block line in Wuwei, Gansu.
Investigate the existing cutting problem
The source describes unstable cutting, waste and difficulty cutting harder green bodies on the customer’s vertical reciprocating saw. HENGDE’s technical staff visited the factory before refining the proposed retrofit.
Agree the replacement and its interfaces
The plan uses a rotary vertical cutting saw in place of the original reciprocating-saw process. Following agreement on the solution, the replacement equipment entered manufacturing. This signing-stage record should be read separately from later installation and production updates. Similar retrofits require a survey of the existing line, product condition, equipment interfaces and available workshop space.
