A return visit for equipment confirmation

The customers had visited HENGDE before. This visit moved the discussion towards equipment confirmation for CLC block production. In the workshop, they viewed the cutting equipment and exchanged information with our personnel beside the control console.

What an equipment review needs to establish

For a CLC buyer, equipment confirmation needs to connect the physical-foaming process with the intended block. The foam generator supplies preformed foam to the mixing process. The body then occupies mould and support equipment until it can be demoulded and cut. Its condition at cutting affects the tool load, surface and handling damage.

HENGDE therefore reviews the casting sequence, mould circulation and cutting arrangement together. Our CLC production-line page explains the route, while the complete factory guide shows how an equipment proposal links machines, moulds, workshop space and working shifts.

During another customer’s equipment review, the questions should reach beyond whether a machine moves. Ask which product dimensions it will cut, how the body is supported, which components change for a new size and what the downstream stacking equipment accepts. These are general equipment-selection questions, not a list of test results from the Kazakhstan visit.

Preparing for cooperation

The recorded stage is a return visit and equipment review. The customers plan to prepare for cooperation after confirming equipment suitability.

For a configuration discussion, bring the block drawing, local material information, planned output and working hours, plus the factory dimensions. HENGDE connects these inputs through line and layout planning and raw-material assessment. For a separate real equipment-integration example, see the Philippines customer line-upgrade case.
