Timor-Leste Customers Visit HENGDE to Explore Block Making and Cutting Equipment

On 9 October 2026, customers from Timor-Leste visited HENGDE to examine block-making and cutting equipment. They toured the workshop, discussed the machinery with our team and viewed block samples. The visit connected the equipment they could inspect with the products they intend to make.

Cutting equipment and the block-production sequence

The customers viewed cutting equipment with HENGDE personnel beside the machine. The workshop photographs record that inspection and discussion.

For a buyer, three interfaces deserve attention at the cutting station: how the body reaches its support, how the machine establishes the cutting dimensions and how the finished blocks leave. A cutter’s cycle time tells only part of the story. Loading, positioning and downstream removal also occupy time and affect the production rhythm.

HENGDE connects the cutting arrangement with mould circulation and handling in the factory layout. A useful visit question is: “Show us the movement of one body from its mould to the finished-block stack.” That makes the equipment discussion specific without assuming a production result from a workshop photograph.

Block making and product samples

The visit also covered block-making equipment and moulds. Customers viewed block samples alongside the workshop inspection, linking the machinery with a direct look at the product.

In preparing a proposal, we use the intended dimensions and wall application to discuss moulding, cutting and handling. Density and strength targets then belong in the material-trial and product-test plan. Looking at a sample establishes its visible form, while the test record establishes its measured properties.

Preparing the next equipment discussion

The recorded stage is a factory visit. To develop a line proposal, customers can send the project location, product drawing, raw-material sources, planned shifts and workshop dimensions. HENGDE uses those inputs to prepare the equipment configuration and quotation scope.

Review our lightweight-block production lines and factory equipment guide. The Philippines line-upgrade case provides a separate customer-site reference for equipment and handling, rather than a production report for this visit.
