HENGDE Signs Hubei Foamed-Concrete Insulation-Board Project After Second Factory Visit
A Hubei customer signed a foamed-concrete insulation-board project with HENGDE after a second factory visit. The customer produces cement-based foamed insulation boards and needed a more stable solution for thin-panel cutting. During the first visit, the discussion centred on the vibration and dimensional-control problems that can occur with reciprocating-saw cutting, particularly when products become thinner.

Project Scope
The customer produces cement-based foamed insulation boards and needed a more stable solution for thin-panel cutting. During the first visit, the discussion centred on the vibration and dimensional-control problems that can occur with reciprocating-saw cutting, particularly when products become thinner.
HENGDE’s engineering team reviewed the cutting structure and line integration and proposed a gantry-based cutting solution for the customer’s product. The customer returned after the technical route was clarified and signed the project.
Next Stage
The next stage covers equipment manufacturing, delivery, installation and technical support so the proposed cutting process can be verified under the customer’s actual production conditions.
