Kazakhstan Customer Orders a Second HENGDE Cutting Machine After a Year of Production
A Kazakhstan customer has ordered a second HENGDE cutting machine after operating the first upgraded equipment for roughly a year. The customer's earlier foamed-concrete block line used circular-saw cutting and suffered from wide kerf, unstable dimensions, chipped edges and repeated stoppages. The upgrade project therefore focused on the cutting process as well as the foaming and production conditions that influence the green body before cutting.

Project Scope
The customer’s earlier foamed-concrete block line used circular-saw cutting and suffered from wide kerf, unstable dimensions, chipped edges and repeated stoppages. The upgrade project therefore focused on the cutting process as well as the foaming and production conditions that influence the green body before cutting.
The customer’s HENGDE cutting upgrade improved dimensional control and reduced cutting kerf in this configuration. After continued operation, the customer decided to add a second cutter to expand production capacity.
Next Stage
The repeat order is a useful example of why cutting equipment should be evaluated on long-term line availability and product consistency, not only the nominal speed of a single cutting cycle.
