Project Scope
The customer plans to establish local block production in Indonesia and used the project discussions to review the production process, equipment configuration, raw-material suitability, cutting quality and the steps required to bring the factory into operation.
A foamed-concrete block line needs coordinated control of raw-material preparation, metering, mixing, foam production, casting, curing, demoulding and cutting. The final equipment arrangement therefore needs to be matched to local materials, product dimensions, output and factory conditions rather than selected from a fixed machine package.
Next Stage
The signed project now moves into manufacturing and delivery preparation. HENGDE will continue with installation planning, commissioning and operator training in line with the customer’s site schedule.
