Journey to the Indonesian Project Site

Project Background

HENGDE’s engineer made that journey to support the equipment work on site. The latest project photographs and video show the premises, access routes and equipment being moved into position.

Practical Site Preparation for Installation

Installation Work

When machinery reaches a factory site, the next job is not simply to find an empty space for each machine. The team needs to look at where equipment can be brought in, how it will be positioned and how the stages of the line will connect.

In the project footage, people work around the cutting equipment as it is moved through the premises. Other views show the available building space. At this stage, the work centres on bringing equipment into position and preparing installation.

Checking Local Conditions for Installation

Commissioning and Training Preparation

Equipment positions, connections between processes and the arrangements for installation and commissioning need to be checked against local conditions. A plan discussed before shipment still has to be put into practice at the customer’s premises.

That is why support for an overseas project continues after dispatch. For this Indonesian customer, the engineer’s journey connects the equipment shipment with the work taking place at the site.
