Foundation and placement checks first
The update dated 13 August describes a building ready to receive equipment while flooring, foundations and installation areas were being completed. The teams were checking equipment positions, foundation dimensions and the construction sequence.
Coordinate the full installation route
Feeding, mixing, pouring, mould turnover, demoulding, cutting and handling need compatible positions and connections. HENGDE’s role included equipment placement, foundation requirements, track alignment and coordination of subsequent work. This is an installation-stage record; it does not establish that commissioning or commercial production had been completed.
