REAL EVENT / PROJECT REFERENCE

On 10 October 2026, a customer developing a real estate project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo visited Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. (HENGDE) to inspect lightweight block production equipment. After comparing several suppliers, the customer signed a contract with HENGDE on 12 October to purchase one lightweight block production line with a planned capacity of 200 m³ per day.

The customer intends to establish local lightweight block production in DR Congo and supply wall materials for his own real estate development projects.

Producing wall materials for real estate projects

The customer is from Fujian, China, and works in real estate development in DR Congo. The investment responds to the material requirements of his construction projects: he plans to use lightweight blocks in place of heavier conventional masonry and produce the wall materials locally.

The purchase extends the customer’s business from property development into supporting building-material production. He is both the production-line investor and the intended user of the finished blocks, giving the project a clear application.

The planned daily capacity is 200 m³. By linking block production with his real estate business, the customer aims to develop a local source of lightweight wall materials for his projects.

Choosing a partner after comparison and a factory visit

The customer compared several equipment suppliers before visiting HENGDE on 10 October. The on-site inspection provided an opportunity to examine the production equipment, review cutting machinery and discuss the proposed lightweight block project.

Two days later, on 12 October, the customer confirmed the cooperation and completed the contract signing. The agreement moved the DR Congo project from equipment review into procurement.

For an investor with his own construction demand, equipment selection connects the factory investment with the wall materials that the development projects will require.

Supporting the next steps in factory setup

An overseas lightweight block project also needs to coordinate the factory layout, installation, commissioning and personnel training. HENGDE can develop a customized factory proposal around the customer’s budget and capacity requirements, with support for raw-material testing, site planning, production-line installation and commissioning, and technical training.

This signing establishes the equipment procurement stage for the customer’s planned lightweight block factory in DR Congo. The next steps will connect the selected production line with the site preparations and the customer’s intended wall-material application.
