Bangladesh Customers Visit HENGDE to Explore Lightweight Block Production
On 10 October 2026, customers from Bangladesh visited HENGDE to explore lightweight-block production. The visit combined a workshop tour, a look at cutting equipment and a meeting-room discussion with block samples and equipment-reference footage.

Workshop equipment and moulding arrangements
HENGDE personnel accompanied the customers around the workshop. The photographs show discussion beside block-making equipment and moulds, followed by a look at the cutting stage and a block body at the machine.
Connecting the product to the cutting system
A product drawing helps turn a workshop visit into an equipment discussion. The required block sizes determine the cutting pattern. The body size and handling method determine the support and transfer arrangement. A change in product size can also change how blocks fit the pallet and how the stacking station removes them.
Our engineering work connects those interfaces to the upstream moulding process. The cutter receives a body with a defined support and release condition, then passes cut product to the next station. That connected sequence is what a complete lightweight-block line has to organise.
Samples and equipment references in the meeting room
The visit continued in the meeting room. Block samples were on the table and equipment-reference footage appeared on the screen, bringing the workshop observations into the discussion.
For a new buyer, a sample shows the visible product and provides something concrete to discuss. Its measured density, strength and other required properties belong in the corresponding test record. HENGDE’s raw-material assessment connects the intended product with the materials the customer can actually obtain.
The recorded stage is a factory visit. The next proposal discussion uses the customer’s location, raw-material sources, product dimensions, working shifts and factory information.
See the factory equipment and site-planning guide, and the separate Hunan customer-site case for a real material-handling and equipment reference.
Discuss the Product You Want to Manufacture
Send your block dimensions, material sources and planned working hours. Our team will discuss the process, equipment and factory layout around that product.
