Burundi Client Returns to Guangzhou Hengde to Further Advance Lightweight Block Production Project
On 14 September 2026, a Burundi client delegation returned to HENGDE to advance a lightweight-block production project. The visit followed their first factory review on 14 November 2025. This time, the discussion focused on how the proposed production-line layout connects to the equipment and the future factory in Burundi.

A return visit focused on factory implementation
The first visit introduced the production process, equipment configuration and factory planning. During the return visit, HENGDE and the delegation reviewed the complete line layout in the meeting room. The discussion covered the major equipment, individual production stages and how one stage hands material to the next.
The client paid attention to the equipment configuration, process coordination and the arrangement of the line after it reaches Burundi. These are the questions that turn a list of machines into an installation plan.
Three interfaces to review on a block-factory drawing
For another customer preparing a factory, the useful lesson is to follow the material through the drawing. At the casting stage, identify where empty moulds enter and where filled moulds leave. In the body-development area, identify the occupied positions and the route to demoulding. At the cutter, follow the body support, finished-block removal and mould-base return.
Each interface needs a physical route and enough room to operate. A mixer waiting for an empty mould, a curing area blocking the transfer path or a stacking station unable to remove finished blocks can stop otherwise functional equipment. HENGDE plans these connections together with the machines through our factory-layout service.
This is general planning guidance, not a statement that the Burundi customer’s final layout or mould quantity has already been approved.
Matching the meeting-room plan to real equipment
After the layout discussion, the delegation returned to the workshop to examine the production equipment and line arrangement. The purpose was to connect the proposed solution with the machinery they could inspect, rather than repeat a first introduction.
The recorded stage is a return visit and planning discussion. The next work is to refine the solution against the client’s raw materials, site and project requirements.
