South Africa EPS Block Line: Mould Circulation, Cutting and Production
The Johannesburg customer factory connects HENGDE mould circulation, cutting and finished-block handling for EPS self-insulating blocks, with a 200 m³/day project design basis.

At the Johannesburg customer factory, HENGDE equipment connects mould circulation, dimensional cutting and finished-block handling. Customer-site photographs show the line and EPS self-insulating blocks in November 2025. The line has a 200 m³/day project design basis.
Connected mould circulation, cutting and handling
HENGDE integrates the mould and transfer arrangements with the cutting section to support the customer’s EPS block manufacturing process.

Production planning for the 200 m³/day line
The project uses a 200 m³/day design basis. HENGDE develops the operating plan by connecting the recipe, mould cycle, curing, cutting, handling and shifts. Qualified output is measured from finished products after process losses and rejects, separately from the casting design basis.
