HENGDE’s Xinjiang retrofit case documents a move from square moulds towards long mould boxes, alongside changes to the cutting and handling route.
The source identifies cutting consistency, throughput and manual work as concerns on an existing self-insulating block line. The agreed upgrade combined a change in mould arrangement with the cutting process and related automation. The case record includes cooperation, shipment, installation and commissioning sections. These records describe implementation of the retrofit; they do not establish a universal gain in output, a specified tolerance or savings for every factory.
