Ukraine Project Team Reviews Lightweight Block Production Equipment at HENGDE
A customer from Hunan, China, planning a lightweight-block factory in Ukraine visited HENGDE on November 27, 2025. The discussion focused on local raw-material availability, factory planning and the equipment needed for the proposed Ukraine project. The visit combined engineering discussion with a factory walk-through so the customer could compare the proposed process with real manufacturing and equipment assembly.

A customer from Hunan, China, planning a lightweight-block factory in Ukraine visited HENGDE on November 27, 2025. The discussion focused on local raw-material availability, factory planning and the equipment needed for the proposed Ukraine project.
Project Focus
The visit combined engineering discussion with a factory walk-through so the customer could compare the proposed process with real manufacturing and equipment assembly.
The technical discussion covered local raw-material suitability and process adjustment, cutting accuracy, finished-product dimensions and line continuity, site installation, equipment positioning and production-line connection, and reducing manual handling and improving production continuity.
What Happens Next
For HENGDE, the purpose of a factory visit is to turn a general investment idea into a practical line configuration. Equipment selection is therefore discussed together with raw materials, product specifications, production rhythm and site conditions.
HENGDE developed an initial 200–250 m³/day line plan around the proposed Ukraine factory, including local-material adaptation, workshop layout and staffing.
Further engineering work will follow the project information confirmed during the visit.
Raw-material planning for the Ukraine factory
The customer raised concerns about local sand and fly-ash availability. HENGDE discussed formulation adjustment around locally available inputs, the workshop layout, staffing, installation timing and overseas support. The factory visit also included the complete block-cutting sequence and an inspection of sample blocks.
