Tajikistan Project Team Reviews Automation Upgrade Options at HENGDE

On August 29, 2025, a project team linked to Tajikistan visited HENGDE to review lightweight block production equipment and discuss how the project could be configured for local conditions.

The project is intended for Tajikistan, with the discussion centred on lightweight block production and the practical conditions required to bring the line into operation.

The technical discussion covered cutting accuracy, finished-product dimensions and line continuity, reducing manual handling and improving production continuity, and retrofitting the existing plant while retaining usable equipment.

What Happens Next

Rather than treating the visit as a showroom tour, the discussion was tied to the customer’s actual project: what needs to be produced, which raw materials are available, how the equipment should be arranged and what support will be needed after delivery.

HENGDE reviewed cutting and handling together with the customer’s automation requirements.

The next step is to refine the production-line configuration around the confirmed product specifications, target output, factory conditions and implementation schedule.
