South Africa Foamed-Concrete Block Project Enters Production Stage
A South Africa foamed-concrete block project supplied by HENGDE has moved into the production-preparation stage after completion of site construction, equipment installation and system commissioning. The customer originally purchased the production equipment in 2025. With the plant now ready for operation, the customer has also ordered a new batch of production additive for continued manufacturing. HENGDE’s continuing additive supply supports the customer’s foamed-concrete block manufacturing.

Delivery Preparation

The project illustrates the service cycle beyond equipment delivery: site construction, installation, commissioning, production preparation and continued supply of process materials all need to be coordinated if the factory is to run consistently.
