Ecuador Project Team Reviews EPS and CLC Lightweight Block Production Options

A customer team from Ecuador visited HENGDE on October 28, 2025 for an on-site review of EPS lightweight block production equipment.

Project Focus

The visit combined engineering discussion with a factory walk-through so the customer could compare the proposed process with real manufacturing and equipment assembly.

The technical discussion covered local raw-material suitability and process adjustment, cutting accuracy, finished-product dimensions and line continuity, and EPS lightweight-product processing and material dosing.

What Happens Next

For HENGDE, the purpose of a factory visit is to turn a general investment idea into a practical line configuration. Equipment selection is therefore discussed together with raw materials, product specifications, production rhythm and site conditions.

Further engineering work will follow the project information confirmed during the visit.

Comparing EPS and CLC production routes

The Ecuador customer already manufactured red bricks and cement hollow blocks. HENGDE explained the different EPS and CLC equipment arrangements, material systems and operating requirements, then demonstrated the lightweight-block line in the workshop.
