An August 2026 case records a separate DR Congo customer’s agreement for a Phase-I lightweight block line planned at 100 m³ per day.
The customer delegation spent several days discussing the proposed lightweight block production line with HENGDE before signing the cooperation agreement. The factory assessment included manufacturing facilities, the process route and a cutting demonstration. The reported 100 m³/day figure describes the planned first phase; its operating basis and acceptance conditions belong in the project documents. This customer history is separate from the later October 2026 DR Congo construction-supply project.

HENGDE introduced the equipment scope and manufacturing process during the customer’s factory visit.
The visitors observed a cutting demonstration and inspected samples. No universal accuracy or productivity result is inferred from that demonstration.
The published source records signing for the planned first-phase line. Shipment and commissioning are not established by this signing report.
