Rwanda Block Producer Reviews Mixing and Cutting Improvements with HENGDE
A Rwandan customer visited HENGDE in early January 2026 to examine possible improvements to an existing lightweight block line experiencing process and cutting problems.

Separate green-body problems from cutting problems
Before the visit, remote material and video exchanges helped organise the reported issues. The customer described unstable foaming, mould collapse, cutting loss, dimensional inconsistency and vibration marks.

Review two connected workstreams
HENGDE discussed raw-material compatibility, formulation, mixing uniformity and curing conditions alongside changes to the cutting system. The source describes assessment and proposed improvements; it does not establish that a retrofit had been completed or that the factory had returned to stable production. A useful next step is a defined survey, trial plan and acceptance criteria for the customer’s actual product.
