On October 29, 2025, a customer team from Libya visited HENGDE to review EPS lightweight block production equipment and discuss how the project could be configured for local conditions.
Project Focus
The discussion focused on EPS lightweight block production, equipment selection and the practical conditions needed for a stable project.
The technical discussion covered local raw-material suitability and process adjustment, EPS lightweight-product processing and material dosing, and target output, mould cycle and equipment capacity planning.
What Happens Next
Rather than treating the visit as a showroom tour, the discussion was tied to the customer’s actual project: what needs to be produced, which raw materials are available, how the equipment should be arranged and what support will be needed after delivery.
The customer reviewed a 100 m³/day EPS lightweight-block line with an automatic packaging system.
The next step is to refine the production-line configuration around the confirmed product specifications, target output, factory conditions and implementation schedule.
Automation through to packaging
The Libya customer inspected the factory layout, core equipment and connected production sequence. HENGDE presented overseas project examples and explained how the EPS block line and automatic packaging system fit the customer’s intended factory.
