From factory inspection and agreement to equipment dispatch

This Indonesia project has progressed from the customer’s initial equipment inspection and cooperation agreement to the shipping stage. Dispatch is the next practical step toward setting up the production line at the customer’s site.

The current delivery phase covers the entire production line. The two-day dispatch arrangement coordinates the equipment for this project within the same shipping stage.

A complete CLC line with an eighth-generation cutting system

The selected production route is CLC, or cellular lightweight concrete, using a foam concrete process. This project does not require an autoclave. Its equipment configuration includes HENGDE’s eighth-generation cutting system.

The factory photographs show wrapped equipment, forklift handling during container loading, and equipment positioned inside a shipping container. They document the dispatch work at HENGDE rather than an operating production site in Indonesia.

Installation and production training after arrival

Once the production equipment reaches the customer’s site, HENGDE engineers are planned to assist with installation. Production training is planned after installation is completed, helping the customer’s team prepare for the next stage of the project.

Shipping, site installation and production training are connected stages of this overseas equipment project. The current update records the dispatch stage; on-site installation and training will follow equipment arrival.
