HENGDE completed loading and dispatch of upgrade equipment for an Aksu self-insulating block production line on 12 July 2026.
Upgrade the bottleneck in an existing factory
The customer’s line used square moulds and reciprocating-saw cutting. The source report describes concerns about cutting speed, dimensional control, manual work and room to expand production. The upgrade was planned around the existing workshop, equipment and product direction.
Shipment is one stage in the retrofit
Long moulds and supporting equipment were dispatched to the customer’s site. The shipment follows configuration work and manufacturing, and precedes site installation and commissioning. For a similar retrofit, confirm the reusable equipment, mould interfaces, cutting route and handling layout before treating the shipment as a complete operational solution.
