Kyrgyzstan Cement Producer Explores Lightweight Block Manufacturing
On 2 June 2026, a Kyrgyzstan customer with cement-industry experience visited HENGDE to explore expanding into lightweight block manufacturing.
Build on the customer’s existing experience
The discussion connected cement-product manufacturing, raw-material supply and local market knowledge with the process requirements of lightweight blocks. HENGDE explained the route from material preparation and mixing–foaming to pouring, demoulding, curing and cutting.
Evaluate production and cutting together
The workshop inspection covered equipment configuration and cutting results. The next planning stage is to align the intended block products, material samples, site conditions and production requirements.
