HENGDE Introduces an Updated Lightweight Block Cutting System
HENGDE’s December 2025 equipment update describes changes to the lifting, rotational cutting and travel functions of its lightweight block cutting system.

Coordinate movement across the cutting cycle
The source presents the update as a system-level iteration, covering how the cutter moves into position, performs the cut and travels through the production sequence. These functions need to work with the mould, green-body handling and downstream equipment.

Test the actual product and operating conditions
A cutting-system review should include product dimensions, material condition, surface quality, cycle time and safe access for blade changes. The suitability and output of the supplied configuration should be confirmed by the drawings and an agreed acceptance trial, rather than a generic comparison with an earlier machine.
