Planning a Simplified Self-Insulating Block Retrofit in Aksu
HENGDE’s June 2025 Aksu update describes a simplified production-line proposal developed around the customer’s existing factory and intended self-insulating blocks.
Simplify the arrangement, not the process checks
The proposal considered factory layout and simplified pouring arrangements. Existing equipment, available space and the product route determine which parts of a line can be reused or simplified.
Define the work and acceptance scope
A retrofit plan should distinguish the machinery supplied, customer site works, material trials and operating responsibilities. Simplification does not remove the need to coordinate mixing, moulds, curing, cutting and handling. This source describes configuration work; later delivery and production evidence should be read separately.
